Karina Smirnoff is about to bare more skin than she's revealed in her scantily clad Dancing with the Stars ensembles.
The Ukrainian-born bombshell, 33, who is partnered with Ralph Macchio this season, will appear in the altogether in the upcoming issue of Playboy.

Brad Penny might get some good-natured ribbing in the Detroit Tigers' clubhouse when the May issue of Playboy comes out.
His fiancee, "Dancing With the Stars" dancer Karina Smirnoff, will be featured in the buff.
"The May issue of Playboy is unforgettable with Dancing With The Stars' Karina Smirnoff on the cover & nude inside," the magazine founder wrote on Twitter on Wednesday evening.
The 33-year-old Smirnoff got engaged to Penny, a Tigers pitcher, last November. He proposed with a $95,000 ring.
